From the "I Completely Forgot This Song Ever Existed" Dept.:

"Trouble," by Lindsey Buckingham

I stumbled upon this on YouTube last week, and cannot get it out of my head.  I vaguely remember this on the radio, back around 1981-82, but I'm fairly certain I never heard it again after it drifted off the charts.

Now it's burrowed into my brain!

"I'm a Believer". The Smash Mouth version. Had to learn it
for a gig I'm doing in a few hours.

"Ah Leah" - Donnie Iris

One of the great underrated one-hit wonders of the '80s.

Really a fantastic song.  But he had such an odd look, Iris was probably destined to NOT make it too far on MTV... he looked like Buddy Holly crossed with Arnold Horshack!

Bob: "Springsteen's "Rhinestone Cowboy" cover from the WESTERN STARS
film."

****

I love that moment in the film!

And now it's stuck in my head - but I don't mind a bit!
