I take my cue from Richard Donner. Legend has it, that when filming the first SUPERMAN movie, he posted around the sound stages signs that read "Think Verisimilitude".Realism is somewhat outside my artistic grasp, so what I try for is believability.

I'm suprised no one's asked for Iron Fist VS either Shang Chi or Richard Dragon. Is it all the same guy who's been ordering these Iron Fist pictures or are there that many IF fans?

One customer is ordering the cover re-imaginings.
He wants the whole "set", all my IF covers plus my
MARVEL PREMIERE and a synthesis of my MARVEL
TEAM-UP covers. The invividual figure was a
different customer.

I particularly like the spectators at the window watching the fight. Much prefer the commission to the original.

hey, keep 'em coming! besides which, there HAS been a strong leavening of She-Hulk this week too! (so i get to enjoy a character i never really followed-- apart from his appearance in NAMOR, as well as my favorite JB-drawn female... what a win-win!)

Did the customer request a lack of pants on the villain, or was that just your artistic decision?
