That other major European toy brand, Playmobil, is putting out a $500 U.S.S. Enterprise set:
At such a price point, I think Playmobil is barking up the wrong tree. Adult collectors aren't that into Playmobil. I could see Lego pulling it off at that price, though.

It looks cute, but not £500 worth of cute - especially when I think the Hasbro Sail Barge was the same price and the Razor crest was £350
