I was thinking of starting [SILICON VALLEY], JB. How is it?

••

I'm enjoying it. It has echoes of THE BIG BANG THEORY, but it doesn't give me a convention headache!

For what it's worth, it very accurately portrays the IT/"brogrammer" culture, to the point that I didn't give it more than an episode since it felt a little too close to home.

I agree.

I have also been revisiting the first couple of seasons, mostly in anticipation of the upcoming season. Even though I now know how many of the stories plays out (the stories that aren't still going on, of course), it's been good to go back and see things I missed, or with a new understanding of some scenes since I now know more about the characters.

THE OUTER LIMITS complete series, ranges from awesome to lame. Always a kick to see supporting/character actors you recognize from other shows, including their guest appearances in shows up to the 80s.

BOSCH season 3.

A show that keeps getting better, in my opinion. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Titus Welliver is great, but the supporting cast is also given more to do.

I've only seen the trailer, but he's homaging/spoofing Beyoncé's album
and film, Lemonade.

HEAD OF THE CLASS

I remember liking the first couple of seasons or so and then something went terribly wrong. I got the entire run on the cheap so why not.

Plus I had a mini-crush on Khrystyne Haje.

edit for spelling.

The cast additions/subtractions about midway through the run didn't help.
However, I never warmed up to Mr. Moore (or Howard Hesseman's acting, for that matter), and loved the addition of Billy Connolly/Macgregor in the final season.

Finally catching season 1 of STAR TREK: VOYAGER (UPN) from start to finish on Netflix.

Over the last 20+ years I had only seen maybe 5 episodes of the first season and lost out on seeing a couple of the later seasons due to military commitments and overseas tours. And there wasn't a lot of re-runs of ST:V on UPN before the network vanished and was reborn as the CW.

Enjoying it a lot so far. Seems to be a bit more polished than TNG was during its first season. But jeez, Harry Kim just can't seem to catch a break. You'd think the producers were intentionally making his time in the Delta Quadrant extra difficult.

BATTLESTAR GALACTICA (1978) is now airing Saturdays on MeTV.

I'd never seen it, 'till today. It's like STAR WARS and STAR TREK had a secret child and abandoned it on ABC's doorstep.

Continuing with season 2 of STAR TREK: VOYAGER... It is okay so far but I am getting a bit tired of Kes and Neelix being the focal point of the story lines. Hopefully things will balance out for the other characters as the season progresses.

Started on THE GOOD FIGHT.

It's like THE GOOD WIFE, only with cussing! Seriously, I like it so far. It was what I enjoyed about TGW, and feels fresher than the latter seasons.
