I think this is reason enough to vote for Bernie Sanders:
The truth is out there...

Only by the impoverished standards of mainstream U.S. politics.

Only in America can Bernie Sanders be considered a dangerous revolutionary with designs on destroying the world with his policies of assuring all citizens have healthcare and receive a proper living wage for their work!
It’s truly disheartening.

Nothing like giving a big thumbs up and goofy grin while getting your picture taken with an infant orphan whose parents were killed days ago in a mass shooting inspired by you.
That’s winning right there.

Captain America speaking for all of us.
The most frustrating thing about this is that the moral breach is so enormous you couldn't even begin to explain to this man (or his fans) why what he is doing is so very, very wrong.
He would never understand it.

So, to be clear, they’re all right with the racism, the pussy grabbing, the divorces, the extramarital affairs, the lying, the inhumanity at the southern borders and more, but THIS is what evangelicals are pissed about. Well goddamn.

Ironically, it's the exact opposite of what you'd usually expect. I don't mind too much if someone is going to curse, at worst it only reflects poorly on their personal manners, but the policies the current POTUS has implemented and seeks to continue aren't in line with the ideal Christian view of the world.

Over the weekend I watched a documentary series called The Family on Netflix. It shed some light on why so many religious people might overlook these blatant counteractions in how to behave religiously. They cited the story of David and Bethsheba. Watch the series if you like, but evidently the evangelicals believe if their god provides a leader then that leader can do no wrong. Their idea is that he works his perfect message through imperfect people. I have struggled to understand how the religious right could embrace this blasphemous idiot and it all fell into place this weekend when I watch The Family. They see this pussy grabbing womanizer as a wolf king provided by their deity and therefore he can do no wrong.

That's a very good point, Eric.
What they miss is that David had to repent and request forgiveness.
Trump never apologizes, because he thinks it's "weak" to do so.

They also miss that @ the time of David it was a monarchy & the king was not voted.

The idea of a deity-chosen leader is inherently Anti-American. Our leaders are the representatives of the people, not kings ruling by Divine Right.
