Well, it fi ally kicked off with a great
panel.
The list of guests included: Billy
D.Williams, Peter Mayhew, Anthony Daniels,
Hayden Christiansen, Ian McDiarmid, Mark
Hamill, Harrison Ford, George Lucas, David
Feloni and Billie Lourd.

Warwick Davis moderated.

Seeing was Ford there was something of a
surprise but it was rumored he might
attend. Good fun was had at his expense
concerning his ability to fly and land on
golf courses and taxi runways. Fly, yes.
Land, no.

A very touching tribute to our pri cess,
Carrie Fisher.

But,the biggest treat was a concert by the
Orlando Philharmonic conducted by the
Mastro himself, John Williams.

All told if you have two hours to kill,
it's a great opening to a Star Wars
Celebration. I watched the streaming video
but I'm sure it's on YouTube.

The link from YouTube-

Surprised that everyone walked off stage before George Lucas' tribute to Carrie Fisher. Would've been nice to see everyone participate.

Charles, it's my understanding that Hamill
is hosting a panel that's a tribute to
Carrie later this weekend.

I really wish Lucasfilm and Dave Prowse could have found some way to bury the hatchet so that he could have been at that panel. Such a shame

Ok, the LAST JEDI panel just ended. Hosted
by Josh Gad, the panel included Kathleen
Kennedy. Rian Johnson, Daisy Ridley, John
Boyega, Kelly Marie Tran, BB-8, and Mark
Hamill. Not much was learned in the panel,
though we did find out that Tran's name in
the film is Rose. At the end of the panel
Rian Johnson gave us this to see...

And this...

teaser trailer

I think the poster looks great and really
enjoyed the trailer.

Also, yesterday, David Filoni confirmed a
fan theory the Captain Rex makes it to
RETURN OF THE JEDI, by showing us that he
is the beard rebel on Endor.

Filoni hinted that he thought of that
being Rex, but until it's in a show, film
or one of the new books, it's not canon.
This confirms that it is canon.

The STAR WARS REBELS panel was today. It was announced
that Warwick Davis would voice a part.

David Filoni confirmed what many people have feared,
season 4 will be the last of the series.

That part that Davis is voicing has a VERY significant history. I am looking forward to season 4 very much.
