I'll watch:

Wrath of Khan
Weird Science
Big Trouble in Little China
Any of the LotR first 3.
Captain America: Winter Soldier
Raiders of the Lost Ark
The Incredibles

Maybe more but nothing comes to mind this sec.

Oh, I always watched Mad Monster Party when I was a kid. I'd like to see that again.

Blast from the Past.
Remo Williams
Flash Gordon
Twins
Streets of Fire
the Warriors
Oscar
the Big Brawl(Jackie Chan)
Hard Times(Bronson/Walter Hill)
Six-String Samurai(Jeffrey Falcon)
Clue
Sleuth(the original)
Kill or be Killed(James Ryan)

OP, Murder by Death is a great thread starter.  You said "rare" in your question so I didn't think you wanted to see obvious choices like the Sting, Star Wars, Raiders, etc.

This list would be long. If I like a film enough, I'll gladly watch it again and again. But some stand out - films that I rewatch frequently:

SUPERMAN
BACK TO THE FUTURE
STAR WARS
GROUNDHOG DAY
PLANES, TRAINS & AUTOMOBILES
BATMAN BEGINS (while suppressing any thought of the sequels, mind...)
GOLDFINGER

Seems like almost all my rewatch favourites have been mentioned already, so I won't repeat. I'll just maybe add a couple more to the list:-

The Man With Two Brains.

and

Point Break. (The original)

And yes, I know the latter is a dumb film. A truly, truly dumb film. But for some reason it never fails to be watchable for me any time I catch it channel hopping. Though it may be playing into nostalgia for me, as I was really enjoying life back when I first saw it in it's cinema run.
