His work has been fantastic in every film he has worked on but if you had to pick one as your favorite. Which one would it be ?
As for me I have to go with The Beast from 20,000 Fathoms.

When I first had the idea of starting this one Clash of the Titans was the film I was going to select. Harryhausen was at his best on that film. But as I thought about it. I haven't watched Clash of the Titan in years. I'm not into it as much anymore. Not like when I was a kid. The Beast from 20,000 Fathoms on the other hand I'll watch when ever it's on tv. Clash of the Titans was on cable a month or so ago. It stayed on my DVR for a week and I eventually deleted it without watching it. So I had to change my pick.

I'll go with my first, THE 7th VOYAGE OF SINBAD.

Nearly a dead heat with Clash, but today I go with;

JASON AND THE ARGONAUTS

Who can forget that skeleton fight, genius!

The first time I saw it was at a Drive-In as a double feature with one of the Sinbad movies. What an experience!

Interesting... his IMDb page is not nearly as rich as I'd assumed... under "Visual Effects," Harryhausen only has 17 credits, spread out over 39 years.  I thought there would have been far more!

My favorite is the 1981 CLASH OF THE TITANS.  Packed to the gills with Harryhausen greatness, even if the effects may have seemed quaint at the time, in those first post-STAR WARS years.

I'll pick a childhood favourite: Sinbad and the Eye of the Tiger. Just love the animation of that Baboon.

JASON AND THE ARGONAUTS

To this day, that skeleton battle is far superior to anything CGI has done (in my humble opinion!).

Oh, this is hard.

I'm going to go with Sinbad and the Eye of the Tiger.  Not as classic as some of the others, but still had the Harryhausen magic...plus a young Jane Seymour.
