Does anybody bother to mention that those Kirby drawings were done for an aborted version of Zelazny's LORD OF LIGHT, and not for the imaginary "Argo"? The latter co-opted them for its purposes.

I Did stop in at Arcadian Comics & Games and I gave the gentlemen working copies of my transparencies of the original art of the covers of Thor #127 and Fantastic Four #51 in honor of Jack Kirby's 100th birthday.Let's say they were pleasantly surprised.

Every time I read that item about Kirby drawings for Zelazny's LORD OF LIGHT, can't help but think of the TV series THUNDARR THE BARBARIAN.
Kirby also did production design for the show and Thundarr's battle cry was, "Lords of Light!!!"
I wonder if that was it's origin?
