Those Haynes books take me back to the golden age of EAGLE, when half the center spread was devoted to cutaway drawings. Amazing stuff. I leapt at the chance to buy a collection from Amazon.

The 90s EAGLE comic reprinted some of those cutaways (usually cars and aeroplanes). I wish I still had them.

I have bought a few Haynes manuals in recent years: Concorde, the Enterprise, Klingon Bird of Prey, etc. Want to buy the one for the Millennium Falcon.

It does make me smile that Haynes went from exclusively publishing car manuals to doing that and publishing ones devoted to fictional vehicles.

Just been thinking,i knew what a Flux Capacitor was,but
not an escutcheon plate,maybe those manuals ARE better
suited to fictional vehicles!
