Vikings-Rams is an 0830 game so don't dawdle on that pick.

Thursday, October 26

  • Dolphins at Ravens - With Moore at the helm, the 'fins looked like a different team.  The Ravens are as depleted at WR as the Giants are and Flacco looks lost.

§ Dolphins at Ravens  I have zero confidence in either team!

Sunday,October 29

§ Vikings at Browns (Twickenham)  This is a game the Vikings should win easily….  Why do I feel uneasy then?

§ Raiders at Bills  Bills look shockingly good this year!

§ Colts at Bengals  The Colts just look lost this year.

§ Chargers at Patriots  Pats have no D, but they do have Brady

§ Bears at Saints  Unless the Bears (i.e. Fox) allows Mitch to open things up, this could get ugly quickly

§ Falcons at Jets  Jets are flying, unlike the Falcons

§ 49ers at Eagles  Eagles, right now, are probably the best team in the league

§ Panthers at Buccaneers  Coin flip says Bucs

§ Texans at Seahawks  Watson’s first trip to Seattle; he’ll have nightmares after

§ Cowboys at Redskins  Coin says Cowboys(?)….

§ Steelers at Lions LOLions are due

Monday,October 30

§ Broncos at Chiefs  Broncos have issues at QB

Ravens.  Dolphins are streaking but for me Flacco's shaky season still trumped by Baltimore's 6-1 recent record vs Miami plus they shellacked them pre-season.

I've got friends who are Eagles and Saints fans who both believe their teams might go the rest of the season without a loss. I'm damn sure the Saints fan is wrong, and hoping the Eagles fan is.

Am not confident about my picks for the Dolphins vs. Ravens, Bears vs. Saints and Falcons vs. Jets games.

I think the Ravens are really bad this year.  Not sure what's not working, but it's not.  Being at home will help, but they still lose by four points.

It being a home game is the only reason I'm not confident in that pick. If the game was in Miami, I'd be a lot more confident. Because I think it'll be a close game (maybe) in Baltimore, but would easily expect a double digit loss in Miami.

Dolphins shit the TNF bed there.  I quit watching after one quarter.  Boring.

I kept expecting Miami to at least make a game of it.  Wow.  Boring is right.  And then frustration turned to some abusive behavior by, who else, Suh.

If Gase is the Dolphin's head coach next season, I'll be shocked.  That team is stunningly bad for one that's 4-3.

Suh proved he's still a dirty piece of garbage last night. He's the one exception to my never like to see players get hurt rule (Ray Rice will be the other, if hell freezes over and a team actually signs him). Because at this point I think it's going to take someone getting fed up and levelling him good to get rid of him. Goodell certainly won't do it.

  • Vikings at Browns (Twickenham) Amidst their own QB questions, Vikes look to grab the division with Rodgers' injury hampering GB.

  • Raiders at Bills Neither team gives me a warm feeling but Bills undefeated at home.

  • Colts at Bengals Two more teams going nowhere, Colts faster.

  • Chargers at Patriots Two longest win streaks in the AFC square off.  Pats' D not so good but their run game quietly is and that's a SD weakness.

  • Bears at Saints Snooze of the week.

  • Falcons at Jets Atlanta has surprisingly lost 3 straight... this team was supposed to win last year's Superbowl and came back loaded!  To stay in sight of NO, they need a W and get it.

  • 49ers at Eagles When will SF win?

  • Panthers at Buccaneers Newton's weird press antics may not be a big distraction, but they are a symptom.

  • Texans at Seahawks Legion of Boom not what it's been, but still keeping 4-2 Seattle in games w/ second least pts scored against them (admittedly 6 games vs. 7 for some).

  • Cowboys at Redskins Loser close to eliminated from NFC East contention.

  • Steelers at Lions Don't sleep on Pittsburgh, quietly tied for 2nd best record in league.

Monday, October 30

Broncos at Chiefs Two teams with two game losing streaks; taking homefield.

Sunday, October 29

  • Vikings at Browns (Twickenham)

  • Raiders at Bills (MATT DISAGREES) - Bills D, don't fail me.

  • Colts at Bengals

  • Chargers at Patriots - My strategy for a few of these games was: No matter what, agree with Matt.  Some say Rivers is gonna torch NE.  Well, they're gonna do it with me and Matt.

  • Bears at Saints

  • Falcons at Jets - Falcons are slumping!  But I stuck with my strategy.

  • 49ers at Eagles

  • Panthers at Buccaneers - Bucs just don't have it.

  • Texans at Seahawks (MATT DISAGREES) - Upset of the week.

  • Cowboys at Redskins (MATT DISAGREES) - I haven't picked a Cowboys game right all season.  Feels right this time though.

  • Steelers at Lions (MATT DISAGREES) - Lions had a bye.  That scares me more than home field.  But Pittsburgh might still have some night game mojo in them.  They should win.  That scares me too.

Monday, October 30

  • Broncos at Chiefs - Chiefs turn it around.

Damn Seahawks ruined my 3-1.  Damn Cowboys ruined my 4-0, but early on.  I have yet to pick a Cowboys game right.

Sunday, October 29

  • Vikings at Browns (Twickenham) - Right!

  • Raiders at Bills - Wrong.  HAGERMAN RIGHT! The Raiders have to win out to match their win total from last season.  Not good.

  • Colts at Bengals - Right

  • Chargers at Patriots - Right

  • Bears at Saints - Right

  • Falcons at Jets - Right, but an ugly win.

  • 49ers at Eagles - Right

  • Panthers at Buccaneers - Right

  • Texans at Seahawks - Right. HAGERMAN WRONG! Great game.  Watson is for real.

  • Cowboys at Redskins - Right. HAGERMAN WRONG!

  • Steelers at Lions - Wrong. HAGERMAN RIGHT!

9-3 on the week with one game to go.  I split the week with Hagerman at 2-2.
