What is the first thing that comes to mind when you think of a particular series with John Byrne as a contributor, not necessarily your favorite moment, but the first to pop into your thoughts if you clear your mind.  It can be an image, a concept, a story beat, anything, really.  But try to keep it limited to those series you haven't read in a while, so that you're drawing from memory.
And as always, limit your recollections to only one per series or character, if, like in the case of Superman or Spider-man, JB worked on multiple series with that character.

Fantastic Four: The SHIELD vehicle disguised as a UPS truck when the team traveled into the past. Issue # 291.

Avengers: Scarlet Witch possessed by the Demons of the Darkhold, suspending the team upside-down in mid-air.  Issue #187.

West Coast Avengers: Hawkeye, on his training equipment, almost shooting Scarlet Witch with an arrow on the morning Vision disappeared. Issue #42.

X-Men: Charles Xavier's confrontation with Amahl Farouk in a bar in egypt. Issue #117.

Alpha Flight: The two cowboys releasing the Great Beast Ranaq in the past. Issue #18 or #19.

Spider-man: The security guard walking his rounds in the empty museum in the Marvel Team-up with Red Sonjia- so eerie!  Issue #79.

Superman: Teen Titan Jericho defiantly vowing to save his team mates from the mind switched Superman, using sign language- I think someone referred to him as a brave lad.  Action Comics # 584.

I'll offer a caution: don't cut the writers out of this!

Let's see...

Fantastic Four - "I see. And in what manner did you TERMINATE Arcade for this affront to the personage of Doom?" FF #258

Superman - Lex Luthor decides the computer is wrong at the end of #2

What The...?! - The parody version of the same speech in #2

She-Hulk - "Toad Men, Byrne?! TOAD MEN??!!!" from #2

Action Comics - first few pages of the Wonder Woman story in #600

Namor - Namor and Namorita on their private plane. #10, I think. Not sure why THAT popped up first.

Generations - the scene at the end of #4. (I'm Team Lana.)

X-Men - cover of #136

Hulk - discovering the effects of gamma radiation on fat cells in the annual

Iron Fist (really Power Man) - "Mr. Cage, turn around." And what followed. :-)

Avengers West Coast - Captain America and She-Hulk entering a building in #48

Next Men - Sandy gives into whim (during the Fame story; don't remember the exact issue)

Alpha Flight - Aurora, ah, recapping the climax of #23 in #24

FF: Doom was a real person, not just a villain.  Issue 236, tiny Sue witnesses Doom (without mask) playing piano.  Awesome.
