Who I want to win: Neither.

Who will win: Patriots. And I'll be just fine with that, as I hate the Eagles more.

Title this thread needs to be changed from "SUPER BOWL LII is Sunday, February 4th - WHO WINS?" to "SUPER BOWL LII is Sunday, February 4th - WHO CARES?"

Calling it now:  This will be one of the top 5 LOWEST rated Super Bowl games in the past 30 years.

A friend of mine online said mentioned that New England is like a machine at this point and nobody likes watching a machine do its job. I think Kevin's prediction will be spot on for viewers.

I'm picking the Eagles for poops and giggles. I'm not sold on actually watching the game in its entirety. I will, however, load up on as much "Super Bowl food" as I can that evening.

My snarky answer: Eagles lead by 33 with 2 seconds left. Brady throws a two-bouncer that's picked up at midfield. Refs rule it is "close enough" and award the Pats 34 points.

I'm going to find something else to do, because I can't stand to watch.

Pats gonna edge 'em out after a second half (not quarter - ed by ELS) comeback. I figure 31 - 27 or in that ballpark. Nick Foles cannot take what the Patriots are serving.

Now, next year, when Carson Wentz leads the Eagles BACK to the Superbowl... I'm not seeing a lot of other teams to take the down. (And let's be honest... K.C., New England, and Pittsburgh are getting kinda old. Who else? Jacksonville? Tennessee? Or were they just flashes in the pan this year?

I mean, besides Cleveland. Who would easily be able to be the Steelers or 49ers of their respective super eras come next year... but we're gonna play it low-key for another decade or two. :)

Patriots are an early 5 point favorite but the Eagles were a home underdog for the second straight game and dominated the Vikings a lot more impressively than the Patriots' tight win over Jacksonville.   By game time Brady's hand should be fine but Gronkowski's return is in doubt (apparently it was a serious concussion and those can take a month or more to heal; I expect he'll try to go but it's hard to predict his effectiveness.)   NE prevails in a close 27-24 type win.

I'd obviously go for my Pats, 3 in 4 years remind me of good old days !!!

I expect a great close game with NE usual halftime and ongoing adjustments to make the difference...and hope it remain close as it will be 4 in the morning in France !!!

Good game to all !!!

There's some kind of weird X-Factor thing going on with the Eagles. I just can't put my finger on it.

There's no draw at all for me to this game other than watching the end of each quarter to see if my squares come in.

No reason to think this year will be different than the others - Patriots in a close one.

Bad omen for Philly: Teams that romped (margin of victory > 30 points) on their way to winning their conference championship are 2-6 in their next game (that would be the SB)

Goddammit.

As a New York Giants fan, what the hell? This is the SB I get?

Vikings, yo, what happened!?! You were on your way to NFL history!

No way in hell am I rooting for Brady and the Pats. I mean...just....ew.

But the Eagles. The freaking Philly Eagles!?! I get it, they're representing my division and conference. But...come on.

Sigh....

Fly, you goddamedsonsofbitches, fly.

Eagles over the Patriots.

I've already declared elsewhere that this will not be the Super Bowl.

This will be the Hater Bowl.

It's been a magical year for the Philadelphia Eagles, I hope they have one more trick up their sleeves.

I can never call the Superbowl.

This is worth a read, though:

Same here.

This will be the Hater Bowl. Possibly the two most hated NFL teams, though one is really hated because of their home fan base.
