This is one that tends to make me smile:
Really taps into Alan Davis' talent for whimsy.

Dave, while the art on that one is fun, it's worth noting that the Impossible Man CAN change color.

Greg, I second that Dr. Strange issue. That entire run by Roger Stern is one of my favorite Dr. Strange runs ever. And the Paul Smith and Terry Austin art in some of those issues is a real treat.

Finding Byrne clones was always a fun expedition for me back in the day and young Dale Keown really fit the bill. His Dragon Ring/Dragon Force book from Aircel was always a favorite.

Son of Satan #8, written by Bill Mantlo and beautifully and scarily drawn by Russ Heath, was an inventory issue which I preferred to the rest of that run. The Comics Code Authority rejected one of the pages, which included an image of Daimon Hellstrom calling out to his father while being crucified. It was replaced with a page by Archie Goodwin and John Romita Sr. Apparently both versions of the page were reprinted in Essential Marvel Horror #1. link
