I prefer that King Ghidorah’s main head be pushed back further than the others so that it looks like his secondary necks are arms with dragon-head hands. The toy designs upthread are this way, so I’m hoping the art in the movie poster is just doing a poor job of conveying that.

The King Ghidorah figure will sold in the U.S. for...$165.
Ah well. I just can't justify shelling out that much cash for a (really nice looking) piece of plastic.

They really are stunning trailers. They're not using Godzilla in a way that I would do -- big nuclear menace -- but in this context I guess I can forgive. Never mind AVENGERS: ENDGAME -- this is the big special-effects blockbuster that I really wanna see.
(Rodan and Ghidorah finally look really frightening. I tip my hat to the CGI people.)
And it's not out until May 31!!! Argh!!

The music this series has used in trailers has been pretty interesting -- Clare de Lune, and Somwhere Over the Rainbow for the current film, and György Ligeti's Requiem for the prior movie's trailer (and the movie itself.) I think the choices suggest a focus more on epic grandeur than rumbling destruction. Although we'll no doubt get our destruction.

It looks like the monsters will get more screen time that the humans, for once.
Good idea. That's what the audience (including me) wants to see, after all.
