I notice the rating is TV-MA. What are the things that earn such a
rating? Do I need to be afraid to watch it around the kids?

Language for sure. Violence. There's an episode that revolves around an orgy and adult situations that go hand in hand with that, but no nudity. And then there's the topiaries...

I found the troll amusing, tho a bit disconcerting. The showrunners seem more and more to be taking an "anything goes" approach to the supernatural.

I think I've had my fill of Nick Kroll. He plays smarmy characters a bit too well that I cringe when I see him. His prior episode was probably the weakest of Season 1, so I guess I didn't feel the need to see him again. Now, a Season 3 rematch with Jim the Vampire on the other hand!

The Jackie Daytona bit didn't do as much for me as some others, maybe something it's based on that I am ignorant of? I like Matt Berry (Laszlo) a lot, have seen him in a number of other things, but Nandor might be the character that cracks me up most!

Colin being rejected by the doll was a funny bit I thought.

At least one episode behind still.

Great news about the renewal. I honestly hadn't been giving it much thought, since season 2 has been on par with season 1 (perhaps even a bit better?), so I felt like it was a given. Glad to see that viewership has increased by a decent amount!
