1) This is exciting!

2) I had no idea this sub-forum even existed!

John, thank you for posting this! I am sad that it's not available at my LCS but I appreciate all your work to tell maybe the ultimate "what if..." story.

I went from disappointment that this would not be published to the joy of a online serial so fast that I think I have whiplash!

This is a wonderful solution - I am on board for a the ride!!

THANK YOU, JB!!!!  You’re X-Men run is a seminal moment in comic book history and still stands as one of my favorite and most frequently revisited runs.  I am thrilled to get to experience the new story in this way!!

With about nine issues in the drawer—call it 190+ pages, with more to come—this little exercise should carry us into 2020. Kind of appropriate.

So you’re planning on releasing a page per day?

Disappointed at not seeing it in print and being able to have it forever BUT it's pure Byrne Gold:

I *love* that we can see this in it's pure form, pencil scratchings and all.

Thanks, JB!!

Merci beaucoup !!

Is it a coincidence that it happens on the D-Day commemoration ?
For french people, both are a wonderful act !

Thanks for this (and for many other things you offered us) JB.

First post of mine in the most important Forum Thread Of All Time!

First reactions -- too complex to express entirely. To get something you
wanted so long you can't remember -- something you really hadn't the
slightest reason to ever ever ever EVER expect to see -- feels great!

It's probably best not to write a fan letter for every page that goes up, but the
first page is AWESOME. (edit to add: LOVE the lettering font -- and thrilled to
see that narration captions are a thing in this!)

THANK YOU, JOHN BYRNE.

BTW, I should mention that the lettering on these pages is in no way to be considered “professional”. Strictly FPO.

Also, having seen some of these pages before, I’m sure some of you will find the one-a-day release “schedule” frustrating, but try to enjoy this peek behind the process, with lettering and pages in different order to massage your interest.
