Honestly didn't realize he was still with us.

You can hear me use his famous catch phrase just about weekly, unfortunately most don't get the reference.

Same as Doug, I sadly didn't know he was still around.

Apart from Laugh-In, I also remember him as Renfield (and his laugh) from LOVE AT FIRST BITE.

Very sad. I assumed he had gone a long time before. If the oldtimers don't appear on Gilbert Gottfried's wonderful podcast, I lose track of them. He was quite the funny man. RIP, Arte.

My favorite memory of him is as the super straight laced FBR agent in THE PRESIDENTíS ANALYST.

I never found Laugh-In funny, but I remember Arte Johnson aping Dwight Frye as Renfield in Love At First Bite in 1978.
