New Black Widow poster.  Taskmaster and Red Guardian look amazing.

Unreasonably excited for the next phase of movies.  Mostly because there is so...so much unfamiliar ground to cover.  This is Marvel Studios really putting their talents (and good will) to the test.

I discovered last night that one of my friends is working on this (she works as a prop/set painter) and I got to see photos of some of the items she's worked on - ranging from plates used in a fight scene through to Taskmaster's shield

I am so glad to see Black Widow will continue to fight crime in the afterlife, or
however they will handle it! I think Scarlett Johansen is wonderful in the role,
so I will be there when this is released.

The movie is set in a period earlier in Natasha’s life.  Before she made her debut in Iron Man 2 apparently.  With that in mind a sequel to this could even be possible.

Cool.

But I wonder exactly how DOCTOR STRANGE IN THE MULTIVERSE OF MADNESS will tie in to BLACK WIDOW IN THE AFTERLIFE...?

Maybe it was a Skrull that died in End Game? ;-)

My understanding is that the blonde in the poster is Yelena Belova, who in the comics became the second Black Widow.  So this could be a way of passing the torch to the new character who will appear in future phases.
