G.I. Joe has bounced around as well. Not including the comics that were produced to be included with the larger toys back in the 70's, the property has seen homes at Marvel, Dark Horse, Devils Due Publishing (with a brief stint at Image) and now IDW.

Let us not forget that, at the least, there have been a number of fan-zines that I would count too, which would like buff both of the "Star" franchises.

Technically, most of these properties have a home, that is to say, a corporate entity that owns them. What they don't have is a regular publisher.

The Wizard of Oz has enjoyed publication under a number of imprints, with lots and lots (and lots) of knock-offs done along the way. Their status of being both in and out of copyright, depending upon the individual book, makes them catnip for "alternative interpretation."

Oz comics have been published by Marvel, DC, Marvel & DC jointly, Dell, Classics Illustrated, Airwave, Amaze Ink, Antarctic Press, Arcana, Arrow, Big Dog Ink, Caliber, Dark Horse, Dover, First Comics, Hand of Doom, IDW, Jack Lake, Seven Seas, Brave New Words, Patchwork Press, Tumbletap, Millennium, Campfire, Sterling, Sunday Press, Zenescope, and Image (reprinting an edition originally done in France.)

And that's just looking at the lists available on MyComicShop.Com and Mile High Comics. I'm sure there are others.

Grimm's Fairy Tales have also enjoyed countless publishers, especially if one takes Disney's variations on them into account.
