I greeted one of our new members as i always used to greet new members when I was a comic board administrator - assigning their responsibility as a forum member.

In this case, i advised him that Thursday was his day to walk Lockjaw, and to bring LOTS of bags. Other responsibilities I've assigned are to plow the road up to the door of the Fortress of Solitude, or to wash the Invisible Jet, or to oil the hinges on the door to the Negative Zone Portal.

What other responsibilities can you think of? What shall we assign newcomers to the JBF? Or, I suppose, even to current JBF'ers.

One rule - this is supposed to be fun like Not Brand Echh, not mean spirited or involving real people in a spiteful manner. For example, being assigned to lug around Jim Shooter's ego might be kinda funny, but it's mean. Use real people, sure, but don't be mean, e.g., you have to polish Stan the Man's typewriter or you have to get the right bean soup for Julie Schwartz. BE NICE, NOT NASTY.

What responsibilities do YOU have to assign?

Re-organize Zatanna's library alphabetically.

Oh, and do be careful. One or two of those tomes bite.

We need more people ironing Mr. Parker’s shirts. They get so wrinkled stuffed into backpacks.
