JB discards pages other artists would ask to have hung in the Louvre.

Well, they may have been omitted from the story, but since they are being shared with us they're not really "discarded: at all ;-)
(Thanks JB)

Having decided to go ahead with the Wolverine "origin" story, I've jumped ahead to draw a few pages to get them out of my head. Here's one. No idea how FAR ahead this is.

WOW! The way that image conveys the "softness" of a heavy snowfall is brilliant! Nice dose to get us through until Monday!

This will sound dumb, but that looks like such a John Byrne establishing shot. Looks awesome!

… that looks like such a John Byrne establishing shot•• Are you crazy? It's not a 3/4 shot from an upper corner of a room!

Would the JB of 40 years ago have used a reference photo for that shot? That looks like a page that not a lot of artists would be able to pull off.

Would the JB of 40 years ago have used a reference photo for that shot?•• 40 years ago I lacked access to much in the way of photo reference. When I drew this page, tho, I turned to Google on my trusty iPhone!
