Wow, the typo in that word balloon is very obvious now.  I didn't see it before. (And didn't see all the comments about it!)

Also - I'm seeing a lot more Skrulls!  I think I glanced over the half dozen of them in that southeast corner.  They'd be a lot more obvious in color with their traditional purple.

I think one of the biggest misteps in the MCU is making skrulls "good guys". They lost one of the most wonderful villains ever created---and a good villain is hard to come by (e.g. Darth Vader and all the SW movies without him.).

What was so brilliant about the skrulls was that at any moment in a comic-conversation...
BAM!...you were taking to a skrull, fool!

Oh? You've got him under control now?
Wait!...there's an infinite number more.

Of course I have no idea what's going on in the heads of the MCU runners, but turning the Skrulls into "good guys" in CAPTAIN MARVEL had the stink of "because we can" all over it, from where I sat.

I saw CAPTAIN MARVEL without too much concern over being offended, since no version of the character has ever really hooked me, emotionally. But the "reveal" about the Skrulls was just too much of too much.

Chris, your questions are currently violating this rule from the Forum Decorum post:

• Do Not pose "multiple choice" questions, as "Did you do such and such because of blah, or because of blah blah?" A simple "Why did you do such and such" will suffice!

I'm hoping the MCU making the Skrulls "good guys" is a bit of a misdirection.  They're shape shifters by nature -- deception is in their DNA.

Time will tell...

Love this page!
I can think of only one being that can put that kind of fear into Skrulls....

Then again I think a particular cosmic being should be in every comic!

Love "Byrne Skrulls"!

That is one cool transparent curved screen that Skrull is sitting at!

Okay, so here's a page that was substantially reworked, rather than deleted. You'll see the finished form in a while. Think of this as a SneekPeek.

OK so this time, this is not a page that could be done with...That first panel alone is pure genius. I hope you kept it JB.
