He doesn't have it, James - there is no proof of voter fraud. And it's important that it's pointed out in a dangerous age of internet misinformation.

Trump’s definition of fraud is simple: he didn’t win.

Its also clear that there was fraud and impropriety with the voting process and ballot counting in several states.
********
There is absolutely no evidence of fraud and impropriety. Other than your lord and savior, Jesus Trump saying it. But that's really all you need, isn't it?

Oklahoma Senator James Lankford (Republican) said he is giving the Trump administration until Friday to share intelligence briefings with the Biden team. If they don't, he will step in and do something as a member of the Senate Oversight committee.

Here's a link to the Twitter account of the Nevada GOP:
https://twitter.com/NVGOP?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Etwe etembed%7Ctwterm%5E1324513195134836737%7Ctwgr%5E&ref_url =https%3A%2F%2Fwww.foxnews.com%2Fpolitics%2Fnevada-gop-cites -voter-fraud-claims-in-criminal-referral-to-ag-barr
Evidence they've identified just in NV: - At least 3062 people voted who have moved out of state or died (more than 1,000 of these are valid military absentee ballots, but others are worth investigating)
- Small number of confirmed instances of dead people voting
- Small number of confirmed instances of ballots being sent to minors who registered to vote.
- Piles of unsecured ballots laying around in apartment complex mailrooms, trash cans, etc. (no evidence that anyone picked these ballots up and cast them, but how would you find that evidence if it existed? This is at least evidence of the potential for fraud to occur, and the need to take steps to prevent it)
- Sworn affidavit from a poll worker indicating she observed evidence of ballot harvesting (when you open the affidavit, make sure you look at the second page)
- Small number of people who showed up to vote in person and were informed that their ballots had already been cast. At least one of these individuals was subsequently denied the opportunity to cast a provisional ballot.
- Allegations by another poll worker/whistleblower (as far as I can tell, without a sworn affidavit) that large numbers of mail in ballots were counted without verifying signatures. I'm sure the vast majority of these were valid ballots, but the allegation is concerning in light of the fact that there were so many unsecured ballots that were discarded, mis-delivered, etc. Who knows how many of those were filled out and submitted by other people?
Again, I'm not suggesting the election was stolen or that enough fraud, impropriety, or error exists to change the outcome in even one state. In most states, Biden won by more than 10,000 votes.
But these are legitimate issues that should be addressed prior to the next election; especially if the widespread use of main in balloting continues. The ones that are particularly concerning to me are the allegations by the poll workers and the number of unsecured ballots that were mass mailed to people who did not request them.

It's absolutely amazing how all of this alleged cheating happened on the democrat side of things and absolutely none of it was cheating for Trump. Surely in all this widespread and rampant cheating at least one case wanted Trump to win.

No, which is why I pointed out the weaknesses in some of their evidence. But these same instances have been covered by the local news in Nevada and verified (in the case of the affidavit, its been verified that the document is real, and was provided by a real poll worker; not that the incidents she described actually occurred).

Brian, speaking of Nevada, nobody has said all of the "alleged cheating" was on the Biden side. Looking at the 3062 ballots they alleged were improperly cast, nobody knows who they voted for.
My argument isn't that Trump won the election.
My argument is that widespread use of mail-in ballots is likely to continue because it resulted in so much higher turnout this year (which is good). For many states, this was the first experience with this type of voting, and there are many documented instances of impropriety, fraud, and error, as well as tremendous opportunities for these to occur. So if we're going to switch to a mail-in voting model, we need to take the time to see what went wrong this year and try to perfect the system.

Twitter and Fox news as sources can leave a lot to be desired.
Matt Schlapp’s baseless claim that 9,000 Nevada mail ballots are illegitimate.
