Not picking these games until next week, but what a trash Thanksgiving Day lineup.  Makes me wish that we weren't tied to ALWAYS watching the Cowboys and the Lions.  Makes me also wish there could be a way to flex out of these games. I mean, are you fucking kidding me?  ANOTHER prime slot for a shitty NFC East game?  Only one I'm interested in is the late game and I may be in too much of a food coma to care.

Thursday,11/26

  • Texans at Lions - No faith in the Lions.  Their goose egg v the Panthers would be cause for most teams to come out strong the next week, but Patricia has made abundantly clear that he's incapable of even the most basic duties of head coach.
  • Football Team at Cowboys - Don't know that I would have picked them here before seeing them v the Vikes, but I am now.  They looked to be the most complete team after their bye in the horrid NFC East.
  • Ravens at Steelers - Tough to beat a team twice in a season but, pending some kind of meltdown in Pittsburgh, I struggle to have any confidence in a Ravens squad surprisingly not clicking on offense.

Texans at Lions : 2 teams going the opposite directions...since week 11. I won't pick the Lions anymore this season. Texans
Football Team at Cowboys : key (!) divisional between 3 win (almost) leaders. Old school Alex Smith / Red Rifle QB battle...home team for me as Dallas still has a playoff shot (!) with 3 divisional games left.
Ravens at Steelers : Ravens would kill to end their division rivals perfect season...I don't see it
Raiders at Falcons : I'm fed up with Atlanta and Vegas plays weel, Vegas !
Chargers at Bills : good QB battle, I take the home rested team safe bet : Bills
Giants at Bengals : Giants season is turning ! I can't pick the Burrowless Bengals. Giants
Titans at Colts : game of the week as Baltimore/Steelers shouldn't have 1st place implications...Colts for the sweep...and I will be happy anyway if the Titans win.
Panthers at Vikings : can they lay another home egg ? Hope not, Vikings.
Cardinals at Patriots : Cards need a win. Cards.
Dolphins at Jets ; perfect divisional to rebound...with Fitz or Tua ? Miami anyway (but they need their D & Special Teams points)
Browns at Jaguars : Cleveland turn to feast on this mess...under the sun for a change
Saints at Broncos : Broncos D won't keep this game in the 20...so Saints
49ers at Rams : could have been a good game...not this year. Rams
Chiefs at Buccaneers : what a schedule for Brady/Gronk Bucs...I can't see any D stopping Mahomes...KC, sorry Tom, Patrick completed his last game winning drive
Bears at Packers : sorry Bears, wrong time, wrong stadium, wrong team, wrong year...Packers
Seahawks at Eagles : The seabirds

  • Texans at Lions- Picking the Lions just because. They're performance against a defense which may be one of the worst in history thus far was pathetic. Patricia is clueless on both sides of the ball!
