Is the skull placed next to a piece of wood from Jesus' cross? Or Noah's Ark, perhaps?

In a church in Milan, Italy, I saw the body of a saint. Dressed in robes whose cost would probably have fed a village for a month. Also a golden mask

It was wearing gloves, but one had slipped to reveal a desiccated blue wrist.

All made me very sad.
