Would this mean that asking for characters you've never or very rarely have drawn could mean a nice discount then, JB? Not that my finances are anywhere near submitting a request in the foreseeable future... but if I ever do get around to it, I'd most likely aim for characters I haven't seen you draw before (or very rarely). Just because I like seeing you give new things that nice looking JB touch.

I have. And consider the stupid question retracted. ;) To place a better and related question, however, do you enjoy getting commissions for characters you've never or rarely done? As a means of pushing yourself, that is...

Well a pun is specific type of play on words, unless I'm misunderstanding my dictionary enormously, JM. But the spcificity of it, of course, doesn't mean that all plays on words are puns...
I too enjoyed the word play though.
