But at least it solves the argument of whether or not Logan's bones are artificial or merely "laced". (they sure look constructed to me.)

Using the same design here that was revealed in “Days of Future Past” when the Sentinel blasted off his flesh.

Chris had already been muttering about “bone claws”, and that was my firm NO!

Of course, after I left, Shooter’s whim of iron came into play, and despite all evidence to the contrary Chris was forced to describe Logan’s bones as “laced” with adamantium. See, Shooter had decided that it was not “realistic” for Wolverine’s bones to have been fully replaced as that would mean he had no marrow, and so nowhere to generate red and white blood corpuscles.

I’d most likely ask that the whole panel be solid red. It’s a technique that’s worked for me before.
