I have a feeling now they're going to make every effort to get it delivered to you off the truck rather than have you go through with canceling it. Weird customer service though.

I may have to cancel my order of the Haslab Ghost. Someone failed to stop @ a roundabout & smacked into the side of my car. Not a happy bunny.

In theory, the triceratops is on its way. A delivery window between noon and five. Noon was two and a quarter hours ago. I’m once again reminded of the SIMPSONS gag. “Will you be home between 8am and July?”
