As I recall, Catwoman regulary used a "Cat of Nine Tails" whip.

Since her debut, as "The Cat" in BATMAN 1 (1940).
I think there is some ripple of contention in Fandom as to whether or not
The Cat "counts" as Catwoman. Since I have not read the first story, I will
leave that to wiser heads to decide!

This is my second favorite commision after the dinner date with Batman/Spider-Man/Catwoman/Black Cat.

Hilarious!
It amuses me to no end that Doom has about $800,000 worth of electronics
crammed into his armor, yet still chooses to cart around an enormous
Pottery Barn candle.
