I vote for one page a day - it evokes the newspaper experience, and it gives
equal weight to the "quiet" pages, which are just as much a part of the story as
the action pages.

I think you should not post more than page per day. However, you are the storyteller and you are more in touch with the rhythm of the story than any other person.
From my own personal perspective, I find a nicer flow reading, say, three pages than one. I, therefore, feel that sometimes it might be worth be giving a three-day gap and then a three-page deluge. At the same time, it's useful for readers to have a regular schedule. It's in your hands, Byrne!
Harder to be objective with this latest page, of course, because you've shown it to us before. Love the dialogue -- the Professor's draw to Jean's need and Kitty's sass.

Just so long as we continue to see/read these wonderful stories, whatever pace suits you is fine Mr B - whether you stick with one rate of publication or mix it up to accommodate your other commitments. Anticipation is a great part of the experience - but happily, this is one example where Spock's sage advice about 'having' vs 'wanting' does NOT apply! ;-)

I'm also for "Daily" (Discluding double-page spreads as that would just be mean!)

Edit to add: The train station pages are probably my favourite (Non-nostalgia led) comic pages of all time. (Sorry for the caveat but you know how nostalgia has it's own gravity)

Today's page is another winner, JB! I've got my fingers crossed in hopes that things turn out well for young Mr. Evans. I mean as well as they can for a student at Charles Xavier's School For Gifted Youngsters.

I have said before that John Byrne comics serve as the
basis for my default setting when it comes to reading
comics. That is, his comics have always read like
comics should read in my mind or when I think about what
comics are supposed to read like, I think of John Byrne
comics. Reading this issue, I find myself firmly back
to feeling what reading comics naturally feels like to
me. Thank you, John.
I am enjoying reading the story as much as I am enjoying
the art or following the story in pictures.
