Stunned. She has been the one constant in this world for the last 70 years. No matter what you think of the monarchy, she will be missed.

RULING monarch. Louis was 4 when he inherited the throne.  His mother was regent for like 8 years.

But then if he was Arthur and not Arthur II it would mean the state publicly having to disavow knowledge of the previous existence of Camelot :)
