Kristi Noem faces questions from the Senate Judiciary Committee:
Senator Durbin just caught Kristi Noem in this exchange: “Are you required to follow federal court orders?”
“Yes sir, and we do.”
“Then how do you explain repeatedly violating them — as your own administration admitted?”
“We follow them when they apply.”
“I’m sorry?”
That’s it. That’s the whole thing.
The Department of Homeland Security just told Congress - under oath - that they follow the law when they feel like it.
