JB,

When I was sifting thru my comics I noticed a particular page in Uncanny X-Men Annual 03 that looked like you style...

when I checked with the Checklist, it says you inked one page in the Annual without specifically say which...

Can you tell us how this came about?

Terry asked if I wanted to ink a page, I said "Sure!"

The art was terrific in that book, but I remember thinking everyone was slightly off-model to my eye.  I was so die-hard about Byrne/Austin then, and Perez/Austin was so close to the same thing that it made me wish it were just that quarter-step MORE like JB...

and then I got to this page and everyone was perfect.

It had me bewildered for a long time until I realized it was possible that Austin hadn't inked every single page (took a while for that idea to enter my reality).

"Confirming" that JB inked that page was one of the first "I always wanted to know"... items in my mind when I encountered JB's on-line presence back at AOL.

I wonder who has that original art... or the color guides to that page?

JB, would this page be your first pairing with Perez pencils?
