It’s functionality is impressive, but it looks so plastic. Needs a good dose of weathering

The Lancaster kit arrived. Here's a look at the assembly instructions for just the cockpit!!

Luckily, I won't be having to deal with this, as I plan to build a strictly exterior-only version. Even the wheel wells and the bomb bay will be closed.

I ordered the Dark Phoenix seen above. It's a bobblehead, of course, but I noticed if I tip the head just slightly to one side she looks even more malevolent. Must figure out a way to lock the head in that position.

That incorrect coloring on the eyes is carved in steel.

Received the Funko POP! FF figures. SO cute. And once again, so accurate in the costume detailing they could actually be used as reference!
