Darren Dalton, former Philadelphia Phillies all-star
catcher and leader of the 1993 National League champion
team passed away on Sunday after a 4 year battle with
brain cancer. He played 14 seasons here (and won a
World Series ring after being traded to the Marlins in
1997).

Sorry to hear, way too young.
I recall that Philly team, looked like they had a lot of fun.

He died the same day as another Baseball All-Star, Don Baylor.
