Search doesn't work so can't check if there is a thread
without searching through pages and pages.

Anyway, Disney+ have finished the final batch of
episodes.

I have to say, the last four episodes are some of the
best Star wars I have ever seen.
Starting with the old green Lucasfilm logo, the call
backs to original music, the 'Blade Runner' inspired
music in long, slow paced scenes and then the odd
musical cue to allow the viewer to place scenes in ROTS
- this batch of episodes has clearly been a labour of
love for all involved.

Very please we finally got to see these.

Clone Wars has shaped up to my favorite Star Wars post original trilogy. Aside from the the Jedi's weird monasticism it's been the Star Wars prequel I imagined when I was ten.

I'd nursed fanboy hopes we'd see a season-long adaptation and expansion of Revenge of the Sith, so it was nice to see at least the expansion.

Agree 100%. I think Dave Filoni has been able to capture the wonderment of the Original Trilogy while adding an emotional depth that Lucas lacked. We know where Rex and Ahsoka end up from the REBELS series, but I still felt the dread and tragedy for them throughout the arc. Even the deaths of droids and clones with very little screen time mattered.

Also, bringing Ray Park back to mo-cap Maul's final duel with Ahsoka was amazing. It made a huge difference in the physicality of the character.

The final season as a whole was pretty good and the final arc in particular was spectacular.

A special shout out to the use (and absence of it in some sequences) of music in the finale. Gave it a great somber mood.

Considering that the movie and all previous seasons, including the "Lost Missions" aka season 6 that were dumped on Netflix originally, were released on disc, I don't see why they wouldn't put out the last run to finish it off. I'd imagine there is going to be some sort of complete series box set.
