Jose Luis Garcia-Lopez would have been my answer, but after looking at this thread I'm going with Marshall Rogers.

Most artists have respectfully drawn the Joker on model.

And additional layer to this question: who was your FIRST Joker artist? That is, who was the artist drawing the character when you were "introduced"?A search suggests that in my case it was most likely Sprang, in BATMAN 127.

======= That would be Mr. Neal Adams for me. It was the Batman Power Records comic STACKED CARDS. It's also the first tine I saw one of Joker's creepy smiling victims.

That's a tough question. I'm not quite sure. My very first exposure to the character would have been not in comics but either from the Superfriends cartoons or Caesar Romero in reruns of the TV series.
I read a few Batman issues early in my comics reading years, but I don't think any of them featured the Joker. It wasn't until the Batman craze at the time of the 1989 movie that I really started reading Batman regularly. I'm not sure if I read your entire Superman run before that, JB. If so, then you were my first Joker artist. If not, then it was probably either Norm Breyfogle or Jim Aparo.
