Out running errands yesterday, and stopped at a Hallmark store to see if the new Xmas ornaments were in. Every year I tell myself I should wait for the post-Xmas sales, and every year. . .

Well, there were several I thought worth picking up. A nice Spider-Man, for instance. The movie costume, but from the second movie, so it looks more as it should. Also a Cornelius, from PLANET OF THE APES, and a Giger Alien. (I commented to the gal behind the counter that Hallmark used to be all about Mickey Mouse, now it's creatures that eat your face!)

Finally, an Adam West Batman, in that (in)famous LIFE magazine cover leaping pose. Just goofy enough that I had to have it.

I ran across that Batman ornament online by accident a few months ago and immediately bought it, too!

@JB - Sideshow Collectibles has the Hot Toys Robin on sale for a really good price if you're interested. I ordered both Batman and Robin for myself.

Coming in July from Kotobukiya:

I wonder if I can detache one of those locks of hair and pull it down between her eyes?
