In my own experience, they usually say nothing...
However, if you're sneezing or sniffling constantly, proper etiquette means wearing one of those disposable face masks.
And at the risk of "Shuwatch!" being used in yet another sneeze gag...

Noticed yesterday that the Batgirl figure Amazon told me was gone for all time was, in fact, listed again. So I ordered again. eMail just now that it has shipped. So, lemme see.... When I pre-order I don't get it, but reg'lar order I do??
