JB,

If your Batgirl statues/maquettes are in close proximity to one another, might we see a photo or two?  I would LOVE that!!

Thanks much,
Marc

Sorry, Marc, they're in different rooms on different floors.

When someone in Japan messes up big time, they usually have to show up for a public apology press conference.

Never thought I'd see the day when...

Others in this small series of figures include King Ghidorah, and Hedorah (who does not appear sorry at all)

They should make an American version for Zilla. If anyone needs to
make a big public apology, it is he (she?).

That was taken care of rather quickly in FINAL WARS (2004)

This reminds me of Bart Simpson's public apology to the people of Australia, where he says his piece, prepares for his official booting in the posterior...and then dodges the boot and drops his shorts to reveal "don't tread on me" written on his bum.

In this case, I can see Godzilla stepping up to the podium, saying his piece, then proceeding to tread on Tokyo.

An old pet peeve hath reared its head. Below is a fairly typical (except for proportions) representation of what is being marketed as a "Classic" Batgirl figure.

Only it isn't, is it? When Batgirl first appeared, and thru the bulk of her pre-KILLING JOKE appearances, she looked like this:

The grey version was popularized by BATMAN TAS.

Yet another example of the highlights on a black costume being taken as the "real" color.

That IS a good Kirk. As usual, tho, I'm not crazy about the tailoring. (Or that damned stand!)

Wow! Impressive attention to detail--they even include both the suede equipment belts from the first season, AND the Velcro on the trousers (second and third seasons).

The stands aren't so great looking, but the figures and their accessories appear quite nice.
