This thread always brings a smile to my face and a warm feeling inside!!!  Especially when I see work that takes me back to a better time in comics.  Thanks for all the posting of the beautiful pieces of art gang!

Sorry for the crappy picture. But I haven't gotten a scanner big enough yet. Anyway Fantastic Four by Ron Lim with inks by Al Milgrom.

Bill - beautiful piece!  Can you list who did each headshot?

Shawn - are the excellent Lim and Nelson pieces commissions or did you find them online or at a convention?

I got both of the pieces off ebay. The Lim I picked up several years ago for a steal. The Nelson I've had for a couple of months.

I was about to comment how much I liked Nelson's inking on this. Then I remembered who he is.
Kevin, Nelson is the guy who butchered JB's pencils during his latest Action Comics stint. He is, obviously, very talented, but I think he should stick with layout artists or drawing his own art.
