You guys got some nice stuff!

Simonson and Thor go together like peanut butter and jelly. No, peanut butter and chocolate.

Love that Cliff Chiang piece.

Jason, does Walt Simonson charge for the sketches?

Cap/Hyde is fantastic! Hell, every piece the last couple days has been
drool-worthy.

Wilson---If Jason doesn't mind me answering. Normally, at show Walt Simonson does not do commisions. He usually does a couple of sessions where he does free headsketches for his fans. And Walt also has his latest sketchbooks for sale. My full figure sketch and those of the other board members were aquired through the Hero Initiative, by a raffle. If you haven't been to one of their raffles, you get one free ticket and any additional tickets cost $1 each. Walt agreed to do 5 full figure sketches per day. They pull tickets until all 5 sketches were won, then as with any other raffle at the booth, you pay a certain amount, in Walt's case the price for the full figure was $100.00. This price is to be paid at the time you win and tell them what character you want along with your name.

Jason---As usual Hardiman and Cliff both do some great work. Cliff allways puts in a little extra that always raises the quality of his pieces.

Missed that opportunity to get one of Chris' sketches. Will definitely keep my eyes peeled for the next time.

Thanks for the explanation, Brian.  I'm glad the proceeds from the sketches are going to a good cause.

Plus, I get to write it off on my taxes!  I get artwork and a tax break?  Sounds like a perfect combo to me!
