Nice page, Joe M
It was with that issue that I realized this Byrne guy could also write.

I picked up the following in an estate auction a week ago. Jungle Comics # 152: Wambi The Jungle Boy. 1939 is the date on the art. While the page says by Roy L. Smith the artist is listed elsewhere as Henry Kiefer. Sorry for the cropping. The pages are too large.

I need help with this one. I don't know who did this cover. Inks could possibly be Sinnott. Pencils maybe Ron Wilson (major grooves in art, which is something he is known for). The interiors are by Trimpe and Fred Kida. Can't find any info online on who did covers. Bonus, corner box looks original. It was the first issue it was used and you can see inks on it.

Can anyone put up a scan of the actual comic page that was printed for this piece? I own it and I want to know what the Surprint was but all my comics are in storage. Thank you kindly. http://www.comicartfans.com/gallerypiece.asp?piece=405023&am p;gsub=63421

Anyway- Marvel just announced a collection of the original UK Captain Britain books, so just sit put and you might get your answer from Marvel.
