My condolences, JB -- I suspect that you already feel that she's been gone a long time already if she's been suffering from Alzheimer's, but I also know that's a small consolation when the final loss does occur.

We'll keep you in our prayers, like it or not.

So sorry, JB.  I hope, despite the battle with Alzheimers in the end, she had a good life.  I bet she was very proud of your accomplishments.

I'm sorry for your loss, JB. Though, thankfully, my mother is still alive, I can sympathize, for my beloved grandfather suffered from the same disease that debilitated your mother...and knowing that he was no longer suffering didn't make the loss any less significant to me, so I half-way understand your grief.
