I never understood why Cap was listed within "normal human" range. The super soldier serum must not have been very super.

I've been reading the CAPTAIN AMERICA ESSENTIALS and at some point, Cap get super strength (it's a plot point because he's now much stronger than Falcon). When did he lose the "super" strength? Or was this just not ever mentioned again?

I'm not exactly sure in which comic book Cap lost his super-strength, however it was mentioned, I remember a 1970's Avengers issue where Cap is training on a trapeze and is thinking how he needs to train more since loosing his super-strength.

According to the first page, Gruenwald did the layouts? I didn't know he had any drawing ability. Are there other examples?

IIRC, the original MU Handbook had Herc stronger, like Class 100, and Thor and Wonder Man at about 95. Then in the next MU series, Thor was on top at 100, stronger than all, except the Hulk when he went off the charts.
