The interaction between Silver Shadow and Longbow is great. That's just a perfect way to introduce the two.
I really like the way we meet this team - we see them in action from the start. This is how I met superheroes when I was reading as a kid. Part of the fun was joining something in the middle and piecing the story together. So much of modern comics are belabored and aimed at middle aged readers - they rely on their past knowledge.
If you haven't read TRIPLE HELIX, you should give it a read. JB has always been good at introducing us to new characters - from ALPHA FLIGHT to NEXT MEN and the recent IDW work, I think he has improved not just his art, but his storytelling as well.
