speech.

Oh dear god. I listened to that bile. It's not "the most important speech" Trump has given, but the most dangerous. Wow. Just wrong, evil, rotten and disingenuous on so many levels.

I do think he will go down as the most evil President you
have ever had. And I do mean evil, because what he has
done/is doing, is not through incompetence, it is cold,
calculated and he is fully aware of the damage it is doing
and will do.
And he does it anyway.

It needs to be remembered that though Biden just got the most votes of a presidential candidate ever, Trump just got the second-highest. Though I'd love to see a total repudiation of Trump by the Republicans, these numbers just don't make sense for them to do so.

What bothers me most (I already know Trump's issues) is that I have not heard any strong condemnation from our political leaders about how dangerous and un-American the crap Trump spews actually is.
Trump is undermining one of the core values of our democratic system. He is sowing seeds of distrust and dancing around inciting violence. Our leaders should be seriously considering Article 25ing Trump. He's obviously unhinged. It wouldn't shut him up, but at least it makes a point that a President shouldn't be peddling lies as truth and inciting violence.
What happens if one of his crazier followers, or group of them, rises up against the next administration? How about if they just performed acts of violence at a small and local level? All because they believe they are in the right, because the elections are rigged. After all, the President of the United States said the next administration will only be in charge because the election was a fake and was stolen. That sounds like he wants a rebellion. Maybe it should be treason? |

Oh, we don't need to wait until 2024/8 for charges of treason. Plenty of actions taken by the administration and their sheeple are actionable right now. 45 is probably guilty of dozens of acts himself, with the excuse "I was only joking."
POTUS can make jokes - even President Murder was funny fairly often. But it's hard to discern the difference between reality and "humor" in his case. And speaking of clothing, he WOULD look good in a treason suit.

But no one on either political side is standing up to Trump and taking action. They are all playing partisan bullshit politics and protecting their asses by not angering the lunatic base so they can stay in power. I want our politicians on both sides to stand up and call Trump out for being un-American. There should be universal condemnation of this garbage. I can't believe they let him get away with this crap. Trump has been spewing lies for so long everyone just blows him off and says "Oh, that's just Trump", but the election fraud bunk is dangerous.
There is now a large population of people who genuinely believe our voting process is rigged and unreliable; all without a shred of viable proof. This is totally unacceptable. This shit should have been shut down hard by some of our patriotic people in power a long time ago. Maybe they don't exist.
