There's actually been talk of Sidney Powell being appointed special counsel for election fraud.
She's the one who has come up with a good chunk of the insane fraud conspiracy theories that have resulted in quickly tossed lawsuits. She's also the one who claimed voter fraud involving more voters than were reg istered in Michigan, while using statistics from Minnesota, then went on to claim Biden won more votes than possible in a county in Michigan that doesn't even exist. Oh, and filed a suit in federal court in Georgia that should have been filed in state court.
Bonus? Powell is apparently a QAnon conspiracy believer.

Although I hear what you're saying, as the originator of this thread I'm going to have to respectfully decline. Trumpism is going to survive long after Trump is out of office. Hell, I wouldn't put it past him to declare his third run for the presidency the same day Biden takes office. That makes this thread as relevant as ever.

I wonder sometimes if Trump and the Republicans that back him in the notion that the Democrats scammed the election, deep down really believe it or if this is all a front for their followers.

I can totally respect that. This thread will just turn into the ravings of a loser though. ☺

Trump has now pardoned four Blackwater guards that fired on a crowd of unarmed civilians in 2007 with machine guns and grenade launchers:
17 people died in the Nisour Square massacre. 3 were adjudged to have been justified homicides, under rules that allow lethal force to be used in response to an imminent threat (the imminent threat was being in a car that drove toward armoured Blackwater vehicles that had got stuck in traffic). 14 were adjudged to be unjustified. Some of these unarmed civilians were children. Some were fleeing when they were shot.

Trump’s populist tendencies finally benefit the Democrats with his call for $2000 stimulus checks. Now McConnell is in the position of going along with Trump and the Democrats or risk Republicans alienating voters in the Georgia Senate races.

"Republicans in Washington are happy to cheer on Trump's bogus conspiracy theories on non-existent election fraud, but refuse to support him when it comes to providing a $2,000 direct payment to working class Americans facing economic desperation. Pathetic." - Bernie Sanders
NOT at all surprised by this...only reason Trump brought up the $2,000 in the first place was because he knew they would never pass it.
Happy Holidays from our elected officials.

The best part about his rejection is his complaints about foreign spending and fixing up the Kennedy Center and Smithsonian are actually included in his budget request to Congress.

Oh boy: LINK to a CNN story quoting two Republican members of the House who say they expect 140 colleagues to vote against counting the electoral votes on Wednesday.

The roll call should make for a handy shopping list if Biden ever decides to indulge a few right wing fantasies by dispatching his secret police to round up a few traitors and seditionists.

President Trump has ever been one of the more vocal critics of the Trump Administration.
