Now that we have a new President, can we rename this thread to “Angry Florida Man”?

Michael, you're being too kind with that suggestion. There are many I could come up with, but I admit they may not be appropriate for all-ages.

Michael R, what makes you think that Florida wants him? Mar-A-Lago just happens to be his commercial property, but not his residential property. Once again, he has outsmarted himself.

My favorite wife and I were considering the biggest red states, wondering where President Murder might end up. It looks like Texas, Florida, Ohio, and Indiana. From personal experience, I know that you can make that SOUTH Ohio, below Columbus.

Now pair this with his insatiable need to be the biggest poop in the golden toilet. So where does he land? With no offense, I don't think that Cincinnati or Indianapolis would suit him. Miami? Hell, they have even OLDER residents than he, and I don't think they have any love for him.

Maybe they can use Ted Cruz' guest bedroom...

EDIT: Of course, the State of New York may be providing him room, board, and a lovely orange outfit to match his locks... can't overlook that!

New York didn’t want him, yet he lived there. Sorry, he’s Florida Man. Why do you think one of his last moves was to block deportation for Venezuelan immigrants? Why do you think his wife Ivanka bought a house there and is renting a condo in Miami?

Why do you think his wife Ivanka...

******

He wishes his wife was Ivanka. So does Melania.

I have a question:

If they impeach Trump a second time due to what happened at the Capitol, then he forms his own political party, can Congress shut them down/out by declaring them domestic terrorists?

Brian,

I don't think Congress can just "shut down" an entire political party by "declaring" then domestic terrorists.  That would almost certainly run afoul of the First Amendment.

In 1954 Eisenhower outlawed the communist party. Why wasn't that protected by the First Amendment?

Peter,

Congress, Presidents and the Supreme Court itself have done lots of blatantly unconstitutional things over the centuries - it doesn't make them right and in usually a relatively short period of time, those acts completely unravel.

There is a Communist Party in United States today and has been so for decades, President Eisenhower's blatantly illegal, "red scare" mongering executive order notwithstanding.
